cucumber, and is a derivative of the B3 vitamin family (niacin)This molecule

Each capsule contains four key ingredients, 200mg NMN, 200 mg Resveratrol, 200 mg TMG and 0.5mg Spermidine which work in synergy.
- NMN – supports NAD+ production and contributes to increased energy and DNA repair. Uses methyl groups for the process.
- Resveratrol – a natural antioxidant from red grapes, activates SIRT1 and can enhance the effects of NMN. Requires energy from NAD+.
- TMG (Trimethylglycine). Methyl groups,
which is essential for detoxification, hormone balance and DNA stability, is used for the production of NAD+. So that the body is not depleted of this important resource
TMG is used, which ensures that the methylation process is kept in balance. - Spermidine – stimulates autophagy, the body's

General recommendation:
2-5 capsules each day. Starting dose 1-2 capsules (200-400mg), gradually increased as needed to a maximum of 5 capsules (1000mg) each day. Take in the morning.
Age-based dosage (theoretical recommendations):
Several research groups are investigating dose adjustment based on age. Preliminary theoretical recommendations suggest:
- 30–39 years: 200-400 mg daily
- 40–49 years: 400–600 mg daily
- 50–64 years: 600–800 mg daily
- 65+ years: 600–1000 mg daily
Theoretical notes:
Studies are still ongoing on the optimal dosage, timing of intake, and route of administration (e.g. sublingually or via the gut). There is currently no established scientific consensus on these points.
NAD and age:
Based on current understanding, it seems inappropriate to attempt to increase NAD levels before the age of 30 at the earliest.
